When you first signed on as an Apprentice or Trainee, you should have received a copy of your training contract via email. Within this contract, under the section titled “Employment & Training Details,” you’ll find information about the specific award that covers your employment.
To determine the details of your award, simply search for its name on a search engine. Make sure to select the link that corresponds to the correct year of the award. Once you access the award document, you’ll find comprehensive information about pay rates at different qualification levels, as well as the knowledge required to qualify for each level.
