How Apprenticeships Are Shaping Careers in Australia

At Mas, we believe in the power of apprenticeships to transform lives and open doors to fulfilling careers.

According to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER), there has been a notable national trend in apprenticeship outcomes. Last year, the completion rate for apprentices across Australia increased by 13.6% compared to the previous year. Additionally, the total number of apprentices in training exceeded 377,000, including 109,000 women.

Apprenticeships are among the best initiatives for skilling our workforce and strengthening our economy.

With our new contracts from the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) to deliver the Australian Government’s redesigned apprenticeship support services across five states and territories, our team is excited to contribute to these growing numbers and help more individuals benefit from these excellent programs.
