What is the Mas National Mentor Support Hub?

Did you know that as an apprentice or trainee with an approved training contract, you have access to a dedicated team of mentors who can provide support and guidance for a wide range of inquiries?

Our team of experienced mentors and counsellors are here to assist you with recommendations, tips, and resources to help you navigate your journey.

Available Monday to Friday, our Mas Mentors can address various issues that may arise during your Apprenticeship or Traineeship, including:

  • Resolving conflicts in the workplace
  • Effective communication with employers and trainers
  • Support for learning difficulties and guidance on seeking additional support
  • Assist with access to disability support or funding
  • Assistance with claiming incentives
  • Guidance for personal situations that may impact your Apprenticeship or Traineeship
  • Balancing work and training commitments
  • Access to counselling services
  • Financial guidance and support
  • Tool allowance assistance
  • Connections with community organisations for additional support
  • Assistance with documentation changes, such as updating personal details when changing employers.

The Mas Mentor team is committed to supporting you, your employer, and the training organisation throughout the entire duration of your contract.
