R U Ok?

Today, we make a difference, but remember, you can make a difference everyday, by asking; “R U OK?”

Life is full of ups and downs, and much can change over the course of a year. While September reminds us to focus on mental health and support to our peers, it’s important we maintain this supportive dialogue throughout the year.

“By having regular, meaningful conversations, you build trust and normalise talking about what’s really going on, so when the people in your world find themselves struggling, they know you’re someone they can talk to,” explain the organisers.

If you notice your colleagues are having a tough time, there are steps you can take to help them.

The R U OK? initiative has created a practical guide to help you recognise when a colleague might be struggling. Discover more here: https://bit.ly/38H2D3F
