Holiday Wellbeing Check-In

The holidays can be fun, but they can also be noisy, busy, and a bit full-on.

A few things that’ll help:

  • Drink water (especially if you’re working or out in the heat)
  • Take a break outside – sun, air, a short walk
  • Put your phone down for a while and properly switch off
  • Talk to someone you trust if you’re feeling flat, stressed, or overwhelmed
  • Rest, real rest, not just scrolling

You matter. Your safety and wellbeing matter on and off the job.

 

Looking Ahead to 2026!

You don’t have to have everything figured out. But here a few gentle questions to think about over summer:

  • What’s the one thing I want to get better at this year?
  • Who can I ask for support when things get tough?
  • What’s the one small habit that would make my life easier?
